In the new issue of Ink Magazine, Derek got asked what spots in Kansas City he’d like to hit while he was in town. His answers included many local hot spots such as Smokehouse Bar-B-Que:

“That’s one of the first things I’m going to do when I get to Kansas City because no one else in the country has true burnt ends like Kansas City does,” Houck says.
